Steven Reiff

Steven Reiff is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in family office services, wealth management, and corporate governance. He is the former National Director of Family Office Services at BNY Mellon and later served as the National Director of Analytics, Advice, and Investment Solutions for BNY Wealth Management’s $150 billion AUM business. Concurrently, Steven held the role of Chief Investment Officer at Lockwood Advisors, a division of BNY Pershing.

After retiring from BNY Mellon, Steven served as President and CEO of the John F. and Rhodora Donahue Family Office, where he oversaw a complex operation managing farms, real estate, investments, foundations, and 240 legal entities—including trusts, partnerships, and corporate vehicles—for over 200 family members spanning four generations. The family office centralized accounting, tax, estate planning, and investment oversight, with staff based in Pittsburgh and Naples.

Steven has also served as Lead Independent Director for two public company boards, contributing to audit committees and chairing Corporate Governance and Nominating Committees. Since 2021, he has been certified by the Competent Boards group in 12 ESG modules, further demonstrating his commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.
