Monica Sieng

Monica Sieng is an expert in corporate finance and accounting. Throughout her career, she has supported a variety of organizations, from financial firms serving venture-stage, pre-IPO companies to staffing and consulting agencies.

At Forest Systems, Monica serves as Controller, a role that has grown and evolved with Forest’s growth. Today, she manages all operational aspects of HR/payroll, employee management, and security.

Skilled in compliance, technology, and client relationship management, as well as account reconciliation, general ledger, and accounts payable, Monica brings a focus on efficiency and process improvement to everything she does. She is well-known as a natural problem solver across a variety of functions and opportunities.

She holds a B.S. in Business Corporate Finance from San Jose State University.
