Ed Van Deman, CEO/Founder of Forest Systems, is a strategic, driven, and innovative leader with a track record of success across multiple industries, built on a robust educational foundation that includes degrees and management training from some of the top institutions in the nation, including New York University, University of Chicago, and Stanford University.
A serial entrepreneur, a financial technology innovator, a real estate developer, and an investor, Ed launched his first business, Financial Navigator, Inc., in 1983 to provide high-net-worth individuals with a state-of-the-art platform to manage their assets and investments. He built that company for more than three decades until it was acquired in 2017 by an international fintech company. Ed then launched two successful real estate investment ventures before returning to the financial technology industry to develop Forest Systems, an integrated accounting software venture designed to serve ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their investment entities.
Under Ed’s leadership, Forest Systems has grown exponentially while prioritizing dynamic efficiency and first-class results. He built a team of experts with over 100 years of combined experience in wealth management, integrated accounting solutions, and software development. Forest Systems has now become the premier financial management and reporting platform for family offices, with $25 million - $3 billion in client assets managed with its platform.
