Daniel Serrano

Daniel Serrano is an engineer with accounting roots, a natural problem solver who thrives on streamlining and strengthening the relationship between development teams and the clients they serve. He learned early in his career that software has the power to transform the accounting process and the client experience for the better. As a Senior Client Engineer for Forest Systems, Daniel has been responsible for onboarding new clients, designing requested features into the Forest platform, and providing customer support for Forest users.

His background includes a wealth of experience in both technology and accounting roles, which has positioned him to serve as a bridge connecting users with product managers and developers. His work fosters superior customer service and continuous product innovation – essential factors in a highly competitive industry.

Daniel holds a B.A. from San Jose State University and an M.B.A. from California State University - East Bay.
